Forgive my honesty

Fri Jun 20, 2008, 2:12 AM
  • Listening to: The Cure
  • Reading: The Problem of Pain
  • Playing: Mind games
  • Drinking: Coffee
I just want to apologise in advance to anyone who comes across me or my work.
I have a problem in that I am brutally honest. This gets me into trouble a lot but I have no intentions of ever being a hypocrite. I'll say it like it is.
Love me or hate me but that's how it's going to be ;)

Hello there!

I haven't seen any uploads or comments in quite some time. I've been wondering where you've gone- where are you?
:iconniennacarnesir:
Hi! I just never got on here. I'm not into the forum thing and unless you're engaging with people constantly on here, then no-one finds you or critiques you. Also, sometimes I can be very private about my writing. It took me a long time to put my work on here for public display and I just didn't feel like putting any more up for a while...

Who could refrain, that had a heart to love, and in that heart courage to make love known?

I see (: Well, if you ever feel like it, I'd like to read some more writings. You write poems in a way that sets you apart from the others; just a bit more.. sharp, intense.

Whoa, I see you're a fellow drummer, by the way. That's cool.
:iconniennacarnesir:
I might send you a new one sometime this week. I'm just finishing it.

Yeah, I've been drumming for about 8 & a half years now. It's my real passion and no-one ever expects the drummer to be a writer!

She tries so hard and fails so often.

Hmmm, never apologise for being truthful and brutally honest. Much better than a pascifying liar any day. I like your forthrightness, we all need this so very much more.

To know oneself, one should assert oneself. Psychology is action, not thinking about oneself. We continue to shape our personality all our life. If we knew ourselves perfectly, we should die. ~ Albert Camus, 1913-1960
